The project

Over 12 weeks, you'll work with skilled trades people, an artist and community members to design and build a wooden structure that will be used by hundreds of people living in Barnsley for years to come. With a team of young people, you'll decide what you would like to build and the details of the design. Previous groups have built a shed, pizza oven and outdoor kitchen on allotments.

So far the Barnsley Carers' Garden community have expressed an interest in a mini-adventure playground or forest school. We're excited to hear your ideas and support you to design and build an exciting project for Barnsley community!
