If you’ve never used a drill, this workshop will introduce you to the basic functions of a drill. You’ll learn to make a pilot hole and how to choose the right screw for the job.
You’ll take home a handcrafted planter. Make sure to take some measurements before the workshop so you’ll have space for your new planter.

How to prepare
- Join our optional pre-event Whatsapp group (a link will be sent to you when you book)
- Wear closed toed shoes and tie hair/loose items back
- See our map, to plan for public transport, taxi or parking on the day
Location
This workshop will be held outside Worsbrough library.
In the event of rain, we may need to postpone or cancel the workshop. You will receive a Whatsapp message or email letting you know of any changes to the workshop with the option of a refund or credit.

Covid measures
- Everyone will have their own drill and will, at maximum, share other optional tools with one other person with sanitising wipes available
- Please bring your own mug or cup. We will provide, tea bags, instant coffee, hot and cold water
- Hand sanitiser and wipes will be available at each table
Refunds
We cannot provide refunds within 10 days of the event. Buying DIY materials requires plenty of pre-planning and the cost of materials increases with short notice. For this reason, we buy all materials at the 10 day mark and charge an additional fee for tickets purchased within 10 days of the event to account for this risk.
